It was my first time reviewing Christmas food review in my blog after I have been writing for 3 years 8 months. I am very happy after receiving a message from Miss Vayshnavee (MARCOM Manager) to review Christmas fine dining 5 courses set at Royale Chulan, Penang. Thank you very much Miss Vayshnavee and Royale Chulan for the invitation and also allow me to bring my husband along too. We really thankful and glad to be with you and all of the bloggers.

Appetizer - Prawn and Mango Salad
Fresh tossed garden salad with Edamame and Finger Lime Aiou
My feedback : 3/5 because I don't really like the taste actually. I just love the prawns.
Soup - Spiced Winter melon and Apple
With a swirl of double cream, garlic croutons and freshly chopped chives
My feedback : 5/5 because it was special soup to me and I never try it before
Orange Mini Sorbet given after finishing 3 courses
My feedback : 5/5 because it was delicious sorbet and non-sour too

Hand-Carved Roast Turkey with All The Stuffing
Sliced roast turkey served with pumpkin mash, yorkshire pudding, buttered asparagus and garden vegetables with cranberry sauce and Turkey Au Jus
My feedback : 5/5 because it was superb delicious turkey I never try before.
It makes me wanna go again on Christmas Eve with my husband XD
Steamed Sole Fish
With herb and macadamia nut glaze, pumpkin souffle,
lemongrass beurre blanc and snow peas
My feedback : 4/5 because I only love on the top of the part which is the fish. Below of the fish was pumpkin souffle and I don't really like it. It taste like "Otak-Otak" and I don't eat it actually.
Potato and Rocket Gnocchi
Blue cheese cream sauce with salsa verde and parmesan crisp
My husband's feedback : 3/5 because he said he don't like the taste and it is too creamy. Those who love salad so much (any taste), it would be delicious for you.
Dessert - Chocolate Parfait with Berry Soup
Rich chocolate mousse served with nougat glace
My feedback : 5/5 because I love berries very much.
This dessert was special and my husband I love it very much.
